We've been A&S customers since 2022 and it's been a great experience from day one. Mark took his time walking us through the options and helped us land on the right model for how we'd actually use it. After delivery he transitioned us to Brian in the Norwalk office, and Brian has handled everything since: routine service, repairs as the boat ages, part numbers, upgrades. Brian is extremely responsive. We're four years in and they still react with the same urgency as if we took delivery yesterday. They're also a great connection point when service involves the manufacturer. A few years back there was a Yamaha engine recall that required a full repower, a very involved job. Brian and Mark stayed on top of it and had the boat ready for the season. Seamless on our end. They've earned my trust and keep earning it. Highly recommend A&S.

I originally purchased a Chaparral at the Boston Boat show and then went to the CT Boat show and met Mark Passeri. I asked Mark if I showed him my sales ticket from the boat a saw in Bostin, if he would match or beat the price. Not only did he beat the price, he provided so much detail on the Chaparral that he was selling me. He also provided something that you just can't put a price on, and that was his personality. I know that in the end, I wanted to buy a boat and he wanted to sell me a boat, but to me, its about a long standing partnerships, relationships and someone that I can go to and know that I will get the best attention, service and knowledge I need as a boat owner. I have used him for additional purchases for items for my boat and will be using him for my Winterization needs, shrink wrap and storage for the winter. Joanne and the rest of his team at A&S Boats are top notch and I echo the same for them. All very welcoming, engaging and knowledgeable of the Chaparral brand. Mark went out of his way to correct poor rigging another dealer did. Most others would've said they wouldn't touch or it was a lost cause. I was about to give up and get a different boat. He is very involved with his business and has a passion. That is very hard to find these days. He fixed so many issues. Now I have a boat that functions well.
