About A&S Boats

A&S Boats began in 1957 in Livermore, CA by two dedicated boaters, Al and Shirley Passeri, when they decided to build their first boat. Two boats later, after coming to Connecticut, they saw the need for a store that sold superior boating products. Thus, A&S Boatique was formed in East Hartford in 1970.

That premise has carried over with their son Mark, who in 1975 took over A&S Boatique. In 1977, Mark bought his own first boat, a new Baja 18SS. This started the tradition of carrying only boats with the highest value in their respective classes. These boats included the very first line that Mark chose in 1983, Chaparral, as well as Baja, Moomba, Supra, Triumph, and Leisure Life Limited. We carried these boats with pride, and the knowledge that we’ll continue to bring you the highest quality and value we can offer.

Under Mark’s stewardship, A&S Boats has changed and expanded throughout the years. We are now an authorized Chaparral, White River Marine Group (Mako, Nitro, Sun Tracker Pontoons, Tahoe, Tracker), Highfield, Moomba, and Regency Pontoons dealer. Following the opening of our Norwalk branch in 2016, A&S Boats proudly serves the Greater Connecticut area.
