2018 BMW Auto 640i xDrive Convertible 3.0L TwinPower Turbo 8-Speed ATM

The 6 Series Convertible takes open road, rooftop-down drives to a whole new level with advanced BMW soft top technology.

With flowing lines and an interior tailored to the driver, the new BMW 6 Series Convertible is designed from the ground up to have the top down. Its more than simply full sensory immersion, its hands-in-the-air liberation, perfectly expressed.

Get all the fresh air you want in California Mode. You can lower the heated glass rear window independently of the all-season soft top, allowing wind to flow through the cabin while the sun stays out.

BMW SunReflective Technology uses a special reflective pigment to keep your steering wheel and optional Nappa Leather upholstery cool, even in direct sunlight. Its nice to have seats that think ahead.

Find comfort in even the most intense of driving maneuvers. Adaptive Drive constantly operates with Dynamic Drive and an active chassis control system to counteract body roll when cornering or performing sporty driving maneuvers. This in turn offers a driver more precise steering and passengers more comfort.

iDrive 6.0 identifies natural speech patterns and displays live content on an intuitive interface, giving you the information need at a speed more fitting for a BMW.

Apple CarPlay conveniently puts what you need from your iPhone directly onto your built in display. Amazon echo allows you to lock doors and more with voice activation.

Advanced innovations like Valvetronic technology help this unique 3.0-liter TwinPower Turbo 6-cylinder engine breathe better, which increases fuel economy and performance. Proof of its power is in the numbers: 315 horsepower and it redlines at an amazing 6000 rpm, peak torque of 330 lb-ft kicks in at 1400 rpm and continues to push you back in your seat all the way to 4500 rpm.
