2018 BMW Auto M240i xDrive Convertible 3.0L TwinPower Turbo 8-Speed ATM

Lower the top, and your inhibitions, in the 2 Series Convertible with performance that leaves you breathless and options that make it all yours.

A new, more powerful engine. Classic lines. Sporty handling. And a wicked fast soft-top. The BMW 2 Series Convertible refuses to follow convention it writes its own rules.

Top down without the slow down. The sound-reducing soft top opens or closes in 22 seconds whether youre driving at speeds up to 30 mph, or using Comfort Access to operate it remotely with the key fob.

A revered inspiration. The clean, classic speedboat design of its predecessors gets an updated expression in the 2 Series Convertible. A level shoulder line flows into a slightly raised soft-top compartment, making elegant, fluid lines that evoke the cruising spirit.

Find your way. The optional BMW Navigation system, BMW Connected Drive services and the all-new iDrive 6.0 with touchpad controller and 8.8-inch display sets you free to focus on the drive. And for a complete connection, add the optional Wi-Fi hotspot and Wireless Charging.

Feel the freedom. BMW Dynamic Stability Control provides maximum traction when accelerating, locking the vehicle to the road. And when you want to take it easy, Active Cruise Control keeps you comfortably under way.

BMW's mighty inline 4-cylinder TwinPower Turbo. Displacing just 2.0 liters, this 248-hp marvel generates 258 lb-ft of torque from 1450-4800 rpm for potent thrust that kicks in right from the start. Lightweight and smooth running, it incorporates BMW's award-winning High Precision Direct Injection, Valvetronic, and Double-VANOS technologies.
