The Thunder Creek Fuel and Service Trailer (FST) offers unmatched, mobile bulk diesel transportation with diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) handling and in-field service capabilities. FST's are most commonly used by professionals in the agriculture industry who are exempt from HAZMAT requirements and those in construction industries who have HAZMAT endorsed drivers to legally haul bulk diesel.

Fuel Faster in the Field

The FST is equipped with a standard 35' auto-retracting fuel hose reel with auto-trip nozzle connected to either a commercial grade, electric pump or optional, high-flow gas-powered pumping system. Both pumping systems are complemented with a 10 micron fuel filtration system to protect from diesel engine failure.

This combination allows operators to fill multiple pieces of equipment in a short amount of time while maintaining fuel purity and gets teams back to work faster.

In-Field Service

The FST can be equipped with a variety of in-field service tools including air compressors, welders, and generators as well as greasing systems, tools and parts storage and auxiliary oil tanks.

The FST keeps your equipment moving with convenient access to in-field service tools helping you grease your equipment for the day, easily blow out dirty air filters, service tire pressure, make simple in-field repairs with welders, top off oils, and power electric and pneumatic tools.

2 Stage Filter System

• Incorporates a 4 micron fuel filter in line following the standard standard 10 micron fuel filter.

5 Drawer Tool Chest

Field Installable

• This tool chest fits on the driver side of the front enclosure. It features latching drawers with roller bearing guides. Each drawer can hold up to 250 lbs. Unit measures 20"w x 21.25"h x 18"d and has three 3" drawers, one 4" drawer and one 6" drawer.

50' Hose Reel Upgrade

• Upgrade the standard 35' fuel or DEF hose reels to 50' versions.

Oil Pump Upgrade

Field Installable

• Upgrade the 3 GPM pump on the Auxiliary Oil System with a gear-driven 8 GPM pump.

Analog Fuel Meter

Field Installable

• An analog meter is available for both the electric and gas powered fuel pumps. It is mounted next to the electric pump and above the gas pump.

Auxiliary Oil System

Field Installable

• Includes a 30 gallon poly tank and 3 GPM, 12V pump installed on the passenger side of the front enclosure. Optional gear driven 8 GPM pump also available.

Custom Colors

• The standard trailer is finished with a dual coat of grey polyurethane paint. Custom color options include white, black, tractor red, tractor green, tractor blue, tractor yellow and construction yellow.

Digital Meters

Field Installable

• Digital flow meters are available for the 25 GPM electric pump, 40 GPM gas-powered pump and DEF system. Mounted in line with swivel.

Electric / Hydraulic Jack

Field Installable

• Replace the standard jack with an electric powered hydraulic version operated by a tethered control box mounted in the front enclosure.

Spare Tire Kit

• Mount a spare tire with cover on the top of the fuel tank. Available in Standard or 14 ply Tires.

Spill Containment Kit

Field Installable

• Contains oil absorbing rags, spill containment rope, rubber gloves and disposable bag.

Static Discharge Reel

Field Installable

• This 50' cable on auto-retracting reel grounds the trailer to protect from ignition of fuel fumes.

WorkSight Light Tower

Field Installable

• Illuminate up to 100' with four LED lights that produce 7,200 lumens. Push button controls operate the tower and built in charger and solar panel maintains battery life.

40 GPM Gas Powered Pump

• Upgrade the standard 25 GPM electric pump with this industrial grade electric start gas pump. This system delivers fuel at a rate of 40 gallons per minute out the nozzle, drastically reducing refueling time.

Aluminum Wheels

• Upgrade the standard steel wheels to aluminum. Available with 8-bolt hubs.

DEF Delivery System

Field Installable

• This ISO 22241 Compliant system includes a 100 gallon specialized poly tank, bidirectional pump and 35' auto-retracting hose reel. The 2-in-1 DEF Pumping System fills and dispenses DEF in a closed path to ensure fluid purity is maintained to protect Tier 4 machinery. Recent enhancements to the DEF system include higher pump flows, freeze protection and auto shut-off.

Electric/Hydraulic Jack

Field Installable

• Replace the standard jack with an electric powered hydraulic version operated by a tethered control box mounted in the front enclosure.

• A 30 watt photovoltaic solar panel mounted to the top of the trailer enables you to maintain the battery's charge without a truck connection. Controller included.

Stationary Side Steps

• The stationary side steps allow for easier access to fuel ports, making filling your trailer simpler than ever.
• *Due to space limitations, steps are not available on the FST500 or FST500UB.

Can and Towel Holder 

• Holds four cans and a roll of towels for clean storage and quick access to products used frequently when servicing machinery.

Compressor/Generator

• Comes ready to work with a 420 CC electric start gas engine, cast iron two stage compressor and a 3500 W generator with four NEMA 5-15 R receptacles and a 230V outlet. Includes 50' air/electric combo reel.

5 Drawer Tool Chest for Utility Box 

• This tool chest fits on the left side of the rear utility box. It features latching drawers with roller bearing guides. Each drawer can hold up to 250 lbs. Unit measures 13"w x 29"h x 18"d and has two 3" drawers, two 4" drawers and one 10" drawer.
