The Thunder Creek Service and Lube Trailer (SLT) offers full-scale preventative maintenance at a fraction of the cost of a full-size lube truck. Commonly configured fluids include oils, coolant, and reclaim. Fluids are dispensed pneumatically via the onboard air compressor. The SLT can also be configured with Daily Fluids including top-off diesel, DEF, and grease.

• The Service and Lube Trailer is an affordable alternative to a lube truck. Each trailer is customizable with up to 11 fluids including fresh oil, reclaimed oil, coolant, reclaimed coolant, and diesel, with additional systems available for DEF, grease, and a variety of job-ready tools.

No HAZMAT. No Problem.

• Thunder Creek multi-tank solutions utilize multiple, separate, 115-gallon tanks joined by a common manifold to a commercial grade pumping system. As a result, all multi-tank solutions mitigate the need for the driver to carry a HAZMAT endorsement, and in many cases a CDL may not be required either.

DEF Delivery System

Field Installable

• This ISO 22241 Compliant system includes a 100 gallon specialized poly tank, bidirectional pump and 35' auto-retracting hose reel. The 2-in-1 DEF Pumping System fills and dispenses DEF in a closed path to ensure fluid purity is maintained to protect Tier 4 machinery. Recent enhancements to the DEF system include higher pump flows, freeze protection and auto shut-off.

Field Installable

• This system includes a grease gun with swivel, 75' of 1/4" grease hose on auto-retracting reel, and air piston pump. It can be set up to accommodate a 35 lb. grease pail or 120lb. grease keg.

Air Compressor

• This ready to work cast iron two stage compressor comes with a crankcase and stainless steel braided discharge hose to extend the hours of performance. The 35 CFM at 100 PSI compressor is equipped with 50' of 1/2" air hose on an auto-retracting reel.

Compressor/Generator

• Comes ready to work with a 420 CC electric start gas engine, 17.2 CFM @ 100 PSI cast iron two stage compressor and a 3500 W generator with four NEMA 5-15 R receptacles and a 230V outlet. Includes 50' air/electric combo reel.

5 Drawer Tool Chest

Field Installable

• This tool chest fits on the driver side of the front enclosure. It features latching drawers with roller bearing guides. Each drawer can hold up to 250 lbs. Unit measures 20"w x 21.25"h x 18"d and has three 3" drawers, one 4" drawer and one 6" drawer.

Aluminum Wheels

• Upgrade the standard wheels to aluminum. Available with 8-bolt hubs.

Auxiliary Oil System

Field Installable

• Includes a 30 gallon poly tank and 3 GPM, 12V pump installed on the passenger side of the front enclosure. Optional gear driven 8 GPM pump also available.

Can and Towel Rack

Field Installable

• Holds four cans and a roll of towels for clean storage and quick access to products used frequently when servicing machinery.

Custom Colors

• The standard trailer is finished with a dual coat of grey polyurethane paint. Custom color options include white, black, tractor red, tractor green, tractor blue, tractor yellow and construction yellow.

Electric / Hydraulic Jack

Field Installable

• Replace the standard jack with an electric powered hydraulic version operated by a tethered control box mounted in the front enclosure.

Solar Battery Maintainer

Field Installable

• A 30 watt photovoltaic solar panel mounted to the top of the trailer enables you to maintain the battery's charge without a truck connection. Controller included.

Spare Tire Kit

• Mount a spare tire with cover on the top of the fuel tank. Available in Standard or 14 ply Tires.

Spill Containment Kit

Field Installable

• Contains oil absorbing rags, spill containment rope, rubber gloves and disposable bag.

Static Discharge Reel

Field Installable

• This 50' cable on auto-retracting reel grounds the trailer to protect from ignition of fuel fumes.

WorkSight Light Tower

Field Installable

• Illuminate up to 100' with four LED lights that produce 7,200 lumens. Push button controls operate the tower and built in charger and solar panel maintains battery life.
